Our house is situated in a quiet but central location far away of every  traffic noise and just 100 meters away from the lift station and the local swimming pool with it´s nice sauna.
Within 150 meters are four restaurants and the way to the next supermarket is just 500 meters.
In winter it is possible to ski nearly to the doorstep and in summer we have a big garden with a terrace and a place to have barbecue.
