	Please read this information below exactly before you make a reservation. With the reservation you confirm with our terms and conditions.

Reservation: The reservation is only valid when a confirmation is provided on our part. You usually get a response within 24 hours via e-mail.		Arrival/Depature: On the day of arrival the appartement is available at 2pm. On the departure day we kindly ask you to leave the apparte ment until 10:00. If you arrive late or leave earley, the full price will be charged.t.

Payment: Please pay your bill in cash. We don’t accept checks or credit cards.		Cancellation If you cancel your reservation rapid we will take the prepayment as compensation. Payment: Please pay your bill in cash. We don’t accept checks or credit cards.

Cancellation policy We recommend for every booking a travel cancellation insurance. If you cancel more than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 30 days prior the arrival date, 50% of the total rent will be charged. If you cancel 14 days or less prior the arrival date the full rent will be charged. As a gesture of goodwill we will refund in all the cases above the full amount, if we find short term tenant willing to book for the whole cancellation period. A legal claim to this service does not exist. For late arrival or early departure no refunds can be made.
